With SAMBESI, all assets and information are centrally recorded and managed – the foundation for a complete digital asset inventory. Maintenance tasks can be planned, coordinated, and assigned in a structured manner. Our ticket system systematically records and documents events, repairs, and malfunctions. As a central knowledge repository, SAMBESI ensures that valuable expertise is retained over the long term, even when personnel change.

Full transparency. Details at a glance.

The current operational status and key performance indicators are clearly displayed on the dashboard. To ensure seamless documentation, data is captured directly on site using mobile devices – even in offline mode. All asset-related information, including specifications, documents, and photos, is available at any time. Smart features such as NFC-based identification and standardized API integrations with third-party systems further enhance efficiency. In addition, risks can be systematically identified, assessed, and effectively managed.

On course for victory with SAMBESI

David Solèr, Head of Sports Facilities for the Municipality of Davos, uses SAMBESI to manage the entire technical and electrical infrastructure of six sports and recreational facilities. In a four-year period, around 200,000 tasks were recorded and 180,000 data records from 557 measurement points were collected. Thanks to the centralized management of the entire infrastructure, David Solèr maintains full visibility at all times and can respond quickly to disruptions. In this way, SAMBESI makes an important contribution to the successful operation of sports facilities in Davos – perhaps not by deciding the outcome on the ice, but certainly behind the scenes.
