One New Zealand Stadium in Christchurch

Together with lead architecture practice Populous, Warren and Mahoney designed the stadium as a flexible, multi-purpose venue capable of hosting a wide range of events. From live matches, concerts and conferences, to e-sports, the stadium is crafted to serve as a vibrant community hub, offering diverse spaces for gathering and connection.

The world-class stadium opened in March 2026, mark­ing one of the final anchor projects in the Christchurch rebuild following the earthquake that devastated the city in 2011. It is the largest construction project ever undertaken by the Council.
