IAKS Nordic General Assembly 2026

IAKS Nordic warmly invite all members to attend the general assembly 2026. The assembly will be held as a hybrid meeting – both online via Microsoft Teams and in person in Stockholm

Meeting agenda

1. Appointment of a chair to preside over the meeting 
2. Appointment of a secretary 
3. Presentation of the annual report 
4. Approval of the accounts for the previous financial year 
5. Presentation of the budget for the upcoming year and decision on any additional membership fees for IAKS Nordic (in addition to the IAKS International fee) 
6. Presentation of the nomination committee’s proposed board appointments 
7. Election of board members (two year terms) 
8. Election of the president (one year term) 
9. Election of board substitutes (one year term) 
10. Election of members of the nominating committee (one year term) 
11. Appointment of the auditor 
12. Processing of items received for the agenda 
13. Miscellaneous

All supporting documents will be distributed before the meeting.
